目的:研究维甲酸和地塞米松联合用药对BALB/C近交系小鼠腭部发育的影响。方法:将BALB/C系孕鼠分为给药组和对照组,在妊娠第12d分别给药,并于妊娠期第138,1320,148,1420,158,1520,168d处死孕鼠,取胎鼠头部做冠状切片,HE染色,进行观察。结果:维甲酸和地塞米松联合用药可诱导BALB/C系小鼠形成腭裂,其主要原因是腭突上抬延迟。结论:维甲酸和地塞米松联合应用诱导BALB/C近交系小鼠形成腭裂是一种稳定的腭裂动物模型。
Objective: To study the effects of retinoic acid and dexamethasone on palatal development in BALB / C mice. Methods: The BALB / C pregnant rats were divided into the treatment group and the control group. The pregnant rats were dosed on the 12th day of gestation and the pregnant rats were sacrificed on the 138th, 1320th, 14th, 14th, 14th, 20th, 15th, Coronal section of rat head, HE staining, observation. Results: The combination of tretinoin and dexamethasone induced the formation of cleft palate in BALB / c mice, which was mainly due to delayed upward palatal protrusion.
