去山西,尝到了正宗的山西菜。何谓正宗,我不能解释,因为山西菜在全国并没有太大的名气,也没有太深奥的理论体系。至少不能算作名牌吧,正宗与否也就无人鉴别。就拿我寓居的北京而言,各地风味皆有陈列,但以山西菜命名的餐馆却屈指可数,印象中只有虎坊桥附近的一家叫晋阳?
To Shanxi, tasted authentic Shanxi cuisine. What is authentic, I can not explain, because the Shanxi cuisine in the country and not much fame, nor too esoteric theoretical system. At least can not be counted as a brand name, no one authentic or authentic identification. Take Beijing where I live, the festivals are all on display. However, there are only a few restaurants named after Shanxi cuisine. Only one place near Hufangqiao is called Jinyang?
