肉芽肿性唇炎是一种少见的疾病。我科于1988年收治1例,现报道如下。患者芦××,女性,21岁,工人。住院号130825。因上唇反复肿胀增厚8个月而就诊。患者于1987年8月因上唇疖肿,在当地医院行“切开引流”治疗,术后伤口愈合,但肿胀不消,经中药(药名不详)治疗稍消肿。同年12月因感冒发热,上唇再度出现无痛性肿胀,偶有痒感。在某院诊治,用复方丹参片等药治疗无效。要求手术治疗而于1988年4月12日来我科门诊住院。
