为降低高燃速HTPB推进剂的感度,探讨了N-脒基脲二硝酰胺盐(FOX-12)对该推进剂能量性能、燃烧性能和安全性能的影响。结果表明,FOX-12使推进剂的燃温(Tc)、平均相对分子质量(M—)和爆热(Qv)均降低,但对推进剂比冲(Isp)的影响较小,FOX-12含量为5%时,Isp降低约0.458%。随FOX-12含量增加,相同压力下的推进剂燃速降低,但推进剂摩擦感度、撞击感度和静电火花感度均逐步降低;当FOX-12含量为5%,在4~10 MPa下,推进剂燃速的降幅最大为4.75%,而摩擦感度由96%降至68%。由于FOX-12的真空安定性差于AP,含FOX-12推进剂的热安定性降低,但能满足应用要求。FOX-12的氧平衡为负,这可能使推进剂氧化性分解产物与HTPB粘合剂、Al等组分的反应速率降低,促使推进剂耐烤燃的性能增强。总之,FOX-12能显著提高高燃速HTPB推进剂的应用安全性。
In order to reduce the sensitivity of high-burning-rate HTPB propellants, the effects of N-guanylurea dinitroamide salt (FOX-12) on the energy performance, combustion performance and safety performance of the propellant were investigated. The results showed that FOX-12 reduced the combustion temperature (Tc), the average relative molecular mass (M-) and the heat release (Qv) of propellants, but had little effect on the propellant propellant (Isp) At 5%, Isp decreased by about 0.458%. With the increase of FOX-12 content, the burning rate of propellant under the same pressure decreased, but the frictional sensitivity, impact sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of propellant decreased gradually. When the content of FOX-12 was 5% and the pressure was 4 ~ 10 MPa, The maximum rate of decrease of burning rate was 4.75%, while the friction sensitivity decreased from 96% to 68%. Due to the lower vacuum stability of FOX-12 than AP, the thermal stability of FOX-12-containing propellants is reduced but it meets the application requirements. The oxygen balance of FOX-12 is negative, which may reduce the reaction rate between oxidative decomposition products of propellants and HTPB binders, Al and other components, and promote the performance of the propellants in baking resistance. In summary, FOX-12 significantly improves the application safety of high-burn-rate HTPB propellants.
