(一) 随着旅游业的发展,海底探奇旅游在许多国家已经兴起。80年代中期,美、英、法、日、前苏联等国就注重海底探奇旅游的开发,开展了对观光潜艇的研制。进入90年代,全世界已有近20艘观光潜艇投入运行与使用,其中具有代表性的潜艇是日本的“潜水者”。1993年初,风靡法国的流行女歌手稚纳·比尔金和鲍里斯·贝克尔先后潜入了毛里求斯海底,以旅游者的身份率先游历了奇妙的海底世界,引起了旅游者们的极大兴趣,
(A) With the development of tourism, sea exploration and tourism have been booming in many countries. In the mid-1980s, the United States, Britain, France, Japan, the former Soviet Union and other countries focused on the development of sea exploration and tourism, launched a sightseeing submarine development. Into the 90’s, nearly 20 tourist submarines around the world have been put into operation and use, of which a representative submarine is Japan’s “divers.” At the beginning of 1993, the popular female singers Kunna Bilgin and Boris Becker, popular in France, sneaked into the seabed of Mauritius and took the lead in traveling as the tourists to the wonderful underwater world, arousing the great interest of tourists.
