１ 临床资料 患者２７岁，因发现面部蝶行红斑８年，反复意识丧失、抽搐２年，停经３８周入院。１９９０年仁济医院诊断为系统性红斑狼疮（ＳＬＥ），予口服泼尼松治疗，近年维持量为５ｍｇ／ｄ。１９９６年始因反复意识丧失、抽搐，诊断为ＳＬＥ脑病。ＳＬＥ脑病性癫癎发作
