通过全国系统抽样,获取2001~2005年间疾病预防控制机构政府财政投入、服务收入、上级补助和其他投入等不同渠道的经费情况,结果显示疾病预防控制机构获得的政府财政投入比例逐年上升,服务收入比例逐年下降,上级补助和其他收入比例基本不变。但是,服务收入的比例仍超过政府的财政投入比例,在50%以上,服务收入仍是疾病预防控制机构的首要收入渠道。 Through systematic sampling of the country, we obtained funding from different channels such as government financial input, service income, superior subsidies, and other inputs of the disease prevention and control institutions from 2001 to 2005. The results show that the proportion of government financial investment obtained by disease prevention and control agencies has increased year by year, and service income has increased. The proportion has been declining year by year, and the proportion of superior subsidies and other income has remained basically unchanged. However, the proportion of service revenue still exceeds the government’s financial investment ratio. Above 50%, service income is still the primary revenue channel for disease prevention and control institutions.
