目的:探讨2型糖尿病视网膜病变与患者血清c反应蛋白水平之间的相关性。方法:选取我校附属医院中心医院内分泌科2015年1月至2016年1月收治的140例糖尿病患者进行研究,根据患者病情的不同分为单纯糖尿病组NDR、增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变PDR、单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变三组NPDR,其中NDR组45例,PDR组55例,NPDR组40例。结果:单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变组和增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变组的hs-CRP水平明显高于单纯糖尿病组,差异具有统计学意义,p<0.05。Spearman相关性分析的结果表明:糖尿病视网膜病变患者的hs-CRP水平与甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)之间呈正相关关系,差异具有统计学意义,p<0.05。结论:2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者与体内血清c反应蛋白具有相关性,血清c反应蛋白在糖尿病患者视网膜病变的发展中起到一定的作用。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between type 2 diabetic retinopathy and serum c-reactive protein level in patients. Methods: A total of 140 diabetic patients admitted to Department of Endocrinology, Central Hospital of Affiliated Hospital of our University from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into three groups: NDR in diabetic group, PDR in proliferative diabetic retinopathy Three groups of diabetic retinopathy NPDR, including 45 cases of NDR group, 55 cases of PDR group, 40 cases of NPDR group. Results: The hs-CRP levels in patients with simple diabetic retinopathy and proliferative diabetic retinopathy were significantly higher than those in patients with simple diabetes, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between hs-CRP levels and triglyceride (TG) and HbAlc in patients with diabetic retinopathy, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Conclusion: Patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy are associated with serum c-reactive protein and serum c-reactive protein may play a role in the development of retinopathy in diabetic patients.
