花椰菜在我省可以缓和春秋淡季蔬菜市场的供求矛盾,除生产自给外,每年还要外调东北、北京、天津和上海等地,占外调蔬菜总量的32.65%,并出口日本、港、澳等地区。几年来,我们从台湾、日本、荷兰引进花椰菜品种29个,分别在福州北园、南平地区农科所,泉州、漳州等地试种,从中筛选出适于我省栽培的良种,扩大推广,基本做到周年有花椰菜上市。 一、选择品种 花椰菜要做到周年供应,首先要根据品种特性选择适合不同季节栽培的品种。引进的品种可以分为春季、夏季和秋季栽培三人类:雪美45天和华美60天早熟、抗病,耐低温,较稳产,为春栽品种;雪山、雪美40天耐热,为夏栽品种;喜美60天,雪球等品种适应性强,产量高,播种期长,宜于秋播和晚秋播栽培。 二、适时播种 根据各品种的特性和市场需求,分批适时播种,以达到均衡供应的目的。各品种插种、定植、收获时期见表1。 花椰菜周年供应,主要是通过选择品种与播种
