通过问卷调查共情、安全情境、人际信任对大学生助人行为的影响,结果发现,大学生的助人意愿处于中等偏上水平,但愿意付出的助人时间却处于中等偏下水平。作为亲社会动机的共情和作为自利倾向的情境安全对大学生助人意愿和时间的影响均显著,形成两难冲突的现象。研究还发现,人际信任在两难冲突中起调节作用。具体来说,在危险情境下,高人际信任者的助人行为显著高于低人际信任者。基于上述分析,促进大学生助人行为可以从培养共情能力、营造安全的社会环境、增进人际信任等方面着手。
Through questionnaire survey of empathy, security situation and interpersonal trust on college students ’helping behavior, we found that college students’ willingness to help others is above average, but their willingness to help others is at a middle-lower level. As a prosocial pro-social motivation and situational safety as a propensity to self-interest college students willingness to help and time are significant, the phenomenon of dilemma. The study also found that interpersonal trust plays a regulatory role in the dilemma of conflict. Specifically, in risky situations, interpersonal trust is significantly more helpful than low-level interpersonal trust. Based on the above analysis, to promote college students’ help behavior can start from cultivating empathic ability, creating a safe social environment and enhancing interpersonal trust.
