After your company repurchased the 42,062,753 shares it held to the state-owned shareholder Shanghai Light Industry Holding (Group) Company, the share capital structure still meets the statutory listing conditions, and your company is advised to announce the share buy-back report and go through the formalities in accordance with the law. Your company should state in the announcement that if the creditor pursues the debt during the debt reminder period, the company will continue to bear the corresponding responsibilities and obligations.
