石墨/酚醛树脂混合粉末具有较高的导热性能,在进行选择性激光烧结成型过程时,次级烧结现象更为显著,这对石墨成型件的尺寸精度会产生较大的影响。本文首先确定了石墨/酚醛树脂混合粉末的烧结固化温度区间,其次利用有限元法模拟分析了预热温度、激光能量密度等对次级烧结区域大小的影响,发现了石墨成型件的尺寸精度变化规律,并进行了实验验证。
Graphite / phenolic resin powder has high thermal conductivity. When performing selective laser sintering, secondary sintering phenomenon is more obvious, which will greatly affect the dimensional accuracy of graphite molded parts. In this paper, the sintering curing temperature range of graphite / phenolic resin powder was determined firstly, and then the influence of preheating temperature and laser energy density on the size of secondary sintering region was simulated by finite element method. The change of dimensional accuracy of graphite molding was found Law, and conducted experimental verification.
