现代空分的加工空气的净化均采用分子筛吸附法。由于大气环境的污染,空气中的有害杂质含量逐年增高,尤其是二氧化碳的排放,为了达到空气净化的目的,高效吸附剂应用迫在眉睫。本文介绍了上海恒业分子筛股份有限公司生产的低硅高钠的Ⅲ型分子筛的性能,以及成功的应用典型实例,说明了高效分子筛尽快地广泛应用的重要性及必要性,并对纯化器设计时的大气含二氧化碳的原始取值、以及双层床分子筛及活性氧化铝的填充量计算方面的问题等提出了几点建议。
Modern air separation of processing air purification are used molecular sieve adsorption method. Due to the pollution of the atmospheric environment, the content of harmful impurities in the air increases year by year, especially the emission of carbon dioxide. In order to achieve the purpose of air purification, the application of high efficiency adsorbent is imminent. In this paper, the performance of type Ⅲ molecular sieve with low silicon and high sodium produced by Shanghai Hengye Molecular Sieve Co., Ltd. and typical examples of its successful application are described.
