目的:探讨应用中西医结合的方法治疗房颤伴Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞的疗效。方法:常规疗法加异丙肾上腺素静脉泵入,同时口服中药温阳益气复脉汤纠正Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞。结果:通过中西医结合的方法纠正了Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞。结论:严重缓慢心律失常-房颤伴Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞在无法安装心脏起搏器的情况下,可应用中西医结合的方法纠正Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞。
Objective: To investigate the treatment of atrial fibrillation with third degree atrioventricular block by the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: conventional therapy plus isoproterenol pump, and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Wenyang Yiqi Fumai soup to correct Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block. Results: The third degree atrioventricular block was corrected by the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Conclusion: Severe bradyarrhythmia - atrial fibrillation with Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block in the case of cardiac pacemakers can not be installed, the method can be applied to correct Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block.
