当前风机叶片模块设计过程复杂,性能低下,为此设计激光数控加工逆向工程风机叶片模块。通过简化设计方法对外形设计的基本参数进行确定,获取风速和相应参数之间的关系,依据风机叶片结构要求,通过葛劳渥方法完成初步的气动性能分析与调整,实现激光数控加工逆向工程风机叶片模块外形的设计。确定叶片的初始参数,令风机叶片各截面叶素的输出功率最大。实验结果表明,所设计风机叶片模块压力分布均匀,升力高,满足设计要求。
