为掌握6103硅橡胶长期贮存的老化机理,对一组不同自然贮存时间的硅橡胶制品进行了硬度、压缩永久变形率等宏观性能测试,并分别从其内部和表面进行取样,采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等对微观结构进行了分析。结果发现:随着贮存时间增加,其交联密度、硬度明显增加,压缩永久变形率降低,样品表面有羰基生成,氧原子百分含量增加。分析表明:6103硅橡胶老化机理为自由基引发的氧化交联反应,且以表面反应为主。
In order to grasp the aging mechanism of long-term storage of 6103 silicone rubber, a series of macro-performance tests such as hardness, compression set and so on were performed on a set of silicone rubber products with different natural storage time. Samples were taken from the inside and the surface respectively. Ray photoelectron spectroscopy and other microstructures were analyzed. The results showed that with the increase of storage time, the cross-linking density and hardness increased obviously, the compression set decreased, the carbonyl groups formed on the sample surface, and the percentage of oxygen atom increased. The analysis shows that the aging mechanism of 6103 silicone rubber is free radical induced oxidation and crosslinking reaction, and the surface reaction is dominant.
