JDM30型月记雨量计是重庆水文仪器厂生产的能长期记录降水的仪器。用1号干电池8节作为电源带动两支电磁离合器来完成降雨的纸上记录和数字显示。我站在使用过程中,发现该仪器存在着耗电量大的问题。每记录0.1毫米的降雨,两只离合器大约耗电500mA左右。有时一场大的降雨过程没有完全记录下来,电池就没电了,需要更换新电池。由于更换电池频繁,且更换时间没有规律。因此对保证资料的连续性有影响。为保证仪器能够长时间连续正常工作,分别采用了以下两种方法解决这个问题,都收到了比较好的效果。
