磷块岩矿石需要选矿 ,以降低脉石矿物 (如硅酸盐矿物、碳酸盐矿物和黏土 )的含量 ,满足磷酸盐工业的要求。自 2 0世纪 2 0年代到今天 ,浮选法成为选别磷矿石的主要选矿方法 ,世界市场上销售的磷酸盐产品有一半以上是由泡沫浮选生产的。本文对有关磷块岩浮选的文献进行了评述。文中列出了在磷酸盐矿石浮选中常用的捕收剂、抑制剂、辅助药剂和混合捕收剂。评价了不同种类药剂 (如离子型表面活性剂和非离子型表面活性剂 )的优缺点。根据文献评述可得到以下结论 :表面活性剂混合物的应用比应用单一表面活性剂有一些优点 ,因为在表面张力、接触角、吸附和浮选试验中已观察到了表面活性剂混合物之间具有的协同作用。
Phosphorite ore requires beneficiation to reduce the content of gangue minerals such as silicate minerals, carbonate minerals and clays, meeting the requirements of the phosphate industry. Since the 1920s to the present day, the flotation method has become the major beneficiation method for selecting phosphate rock. More than half of the phosphate products sold on the world market are produced by froth flotation. This article reviews the literature on flotation of phosphate rock. The article lists the commonly used collectors, inhibitors, auxiliary agents and mixed collectors in the phosphate ore flotation. The advantages and disadvantages of different types of agents, such as ionic surfactants and nonionic surfactants, were evaluated. From the literature review it can be concluded that the use of the surfactant mixture has some advantages over the use of a single surfactant because of the synergy that has been observed between the surfactant mixtures in the surface tension, contact angle, adsorption and flotation tests effect.
