目的了解徐州市４～６岁儿童的行为发育状况。方法采用Ｃｏｎｎｅｒｓ儿童行为问卷，对徐州市泉山区幼儿园进行随机抽样调查，并与内蒙、上海和美国的常模比较。结果徐州样本与上海样本无显著差异，徐州样本的心身障碍（Ⅲ）在４岁组男女均低于内蒙（Ｐ＜０．０５），而明显高于美国常模，徐州样本的冲动（Ⅳ）明显低于美国常模（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论不同文化背景和生活习惯对心理特征和行为发育有一定的影响，家庭、学校和医生要重视儿童的心身障碍（Ⅲ）。
Objective To understand the behavior and development of children aged 4 ~ 6 years in Xuzhou. Methods The Conners children behavior questionnaire was used to conduct a random sample survey of kindergartens in Quanshan District of Xuzhou City and compared with the norm in Inner Mongolia, Shanghai and the United States. Results There was no significant difference between Xuzhou sample and Shanghai sample. The psychosomatic disorder (Ⅲ) of Xuzhou sample was lower than that of Inner Mongolia in the 4-year-old group (P <0.05), but was significantly higher than that of the normal American and Xuzhou samples (Ⅳ) Significantly lower than the United States norm (P <0.05). Conclusion Different cultural backgrounds and living habits have some impact on psychological characteristics and behavior development. Families, schools and doctors should pay attention to children ’s psychosomatic disorders (Ⅲ).
