首先利用Ｂｒｅｓｌｅｒ建议的屈服面函数形式作为地震动最不利输入方向的标准，然后由反应谱法确定截面内力（弯矩），并按ＳＲＳＳ法组合，再引入莫尔圆来确定地震动最不利输入方向和截面内力最大值。这对于斜弯桥及立交工程抗震分析和设计具有重要意义。
