本文总结了上海市利用工业废料筑路的科研成果和实践经验。二十多年来,该市用于筑路的各种工业废料达350多万吨,铺筑路面近800万平方米,至今仍基本良好者占80%左右,取得了较为满意的技术、经济效果。该市使用的各种工业废料多属硅酸盐材料,具有半刚性性质,其共同特征是:水硬性、缓凝性、板体性和抗裂性好,而抗磨性差、温度影响大。文中对工业废料基层的结构厚度与强度设计、验算进行了探讨;介绍了几种常用混合料的配比和施工方法,并进行了经济效益分析。实践证明,工业废料确是一种质优价廉的筑路材料,有着广阔的发展前景。
This article summarizes the research achievements and practical experience of Shanghai using industrial waste road construction. Over the past 20 years, the city has used more than 3.5 million tons of various industrial wastes for road construction and nearly 8 million square meters of paved roads, accounting for about 80% of the basic good, with satisfactory technology and economy effect. The city uses a variety of industrial waste mostly silicate material, with semi-rigid nature, its common characteristics are: hydraulic, slow set, board and crack resistance is good, and wear resistance is poor, the temperature effect. In this paper, the design and checking of structure thickness and strength of industrial waste grassroots are discussed. The proportioning and construction methods of several commonly used mixtures are introduced and the economic benefits are analyzed. Practice has proved that industrial waste is indeed a quality and cheap road building materials, has a broad development prospects.
