结合一座病害桥梁维护工程实例,分析大跨径连续刚构桥和连续箱梁桥箱梁底板纵向开裂现象产生的机理。通过对箱梁局部的模拟计算分析,认为此类病害的产生与箱梁底板抛物线线形、防崩钢筋的设置、施工控制有密切关系,在跨中合龙段和相邻节段最易产生此类病害。总结归纳了预应力钢束防崩力的计算方法和防治措施,提出了针对此类病害的加固方法,供此类桥梁建设和病害桥梁养护参考。
Combined with a bridge maintenance project example of a disease, the mechanism of longitudinal cracking of box girder floor slabs of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge and continuous box girder bridge was analyzed. According to the simulation analysis of box girders, it is considered that the occurrence of such diseases is closely related to the parabolic linearity of box girder floor, the setting of anti-collapse rebar and the construction control. Such collisions are the most likely to occur in the cross sections of middle and adjacent sections Diseases. Summarizes the calculation methods and prevention and cure measures of the prestressing steel beam achocline, and puts forward the reinforcement methods for these kinds of diseases, for the reference of such bridge construction and disease bridge maintenance.
