本文通过班主任工作实践把心理学知识融入了班级管理中,提倡在对待学生的时候,老师不再是高高在上的教育者,而是学生心灵的引导者。在与学生日常相处时,要细致观察,正向关注;在学生遇到困难时,应该及时关注,给予关怀和帮助;在学生做错事时,能及时引导,纠正,试图真正从心灵上关注学生,促进学生身心健康发展。
In this paper, we put psychology knowledge into class management through the work experience of class teacher, and advocate that when treating students, the teacher is no longer the elder educator, but the leader of students’ mind. In daily life with students, we should carefully observe the positive attention; students in difficulties, they should be timely attention, given care and help; when students do something wrong, they can promptly guide and correct, trying to really pay attention to the soul Students, to promote the healthy development of students.
