本文对18例维持性血液透析患者,血透期间超滤时心血管血液动力学变化进行了研究。其中男10例,女8例。平均年龄53岁(29～74岁)。维持性血透平均时间为4年(1～12年)。终末期肾病由慢性肾小球肾炎所致者5例,慢性肾盂肾炎5例(其中1例伴有镇痛剂肾病),多囊肾3例,腹膜后纤维化、淀粉样变、双侧珊瑚状结石、糖尿病肾病和双侧肾切除各1例。所有患者采用碳酸氢盐常规透析,每周3次,
