水溶液体系制备铀电镀靶

对影响电沉积铀的主要因素进行了试验和讨论,在电沉积法制备铀靶的初期实验中,选用不锈钢作为电沉积铀的靶片,用UO2(NO3)2和(NH4)2C2O4作为镀液,pH值为2~3。对影响电沉积铀的主要因素进行了试验和讨论,并用分光光度法分析了电镀残液中的铀含量,最终制得的铀靶的沉积厚度达到8~10mg/cm2,镀层牢固、均匀,电镀效率大于80%。 The main factors affecting the electrodeposition of uranium were tested and discussed. In the initial experiment of preparing uranium target by electrodeposition, stainless steel was selected as the target of electrodeposited uranium. UO2 (NO3) 2 and (NH4) 2C2O4 , pH value of 2 ~ 3. The main factors influencing the electrodeposition of uranium were tested and discussed. The content of uranium in the electroplating residue was analyzed by spectrophotometry. The final uranium target deposition thickness was 8 ~ 10mg / cm2. The coating was firm and uniform. The electroplating Efficiency is greater than 80%.
