图书馆在地方志的编纂和传播中扮演着重要角色,不仅是地方志的收藏与开发利用者,而且可能同时也是地方志的创作者,其中涉及的著作权问题应引起图书馆的重视并妥善解决,这既是保障权利人利益的需要,也是维护图书馆自身权益的要求。
