目的 探讨大豆异黄酮抑制Bcap 3 7人乳腺癌细胞增殖时TGF β和TGF β受体表达的改变。 方法 以二羟异黄酮、三羟异黄酮处理Bcap 3 7细胞 ,采用TGF β拮抗试验、免疫细胞化学和逆转录聚合酶链式反应等实验方法 ,检测大豆异黄酮作用后Bcap 3 7人乳腺癌细胞TGF β1、TGF β2 及受体表达的变化。结果 3× 10 -5mol/L三羟异黄酮作用后Bcap 3 7细胞TGF β1、TGF β2 及受体表达增强 ,而二羟异黄酮处理组其表达无明显改变。结论 三羟异黄酮抑制Bcap 3 7细胞增殖同时伴有TGF β1、TGF β2 及受体表达增强。
Objective To investigate the effects of soy isoflavones on the expression of TGF β and TGF β receptors in Bcap 3 7 human breast cancer cells. Methods Bcap 3 7 cells were treated with genistein and genistein, and TGF β antagonist, immunocytochemistry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were used to detect the expression of Bcap 37 Changes of cell TGF β1, TGF β2 and receptor expression. Results The expression of TGF β1, TGF β2 and its receptor in Bcap 3 7 cells was enhanced by 3 × 10 -5 mol / L genistein, but no significant change was observed in the cells treated with genistein. Conclusions Genistein can inhibit the proliferation of Bcap 3 7 cells accompanied by enhanced expression of TGF β 1, TGF β 2 and its receptors.
