随着地勘工作市场经济发展,地勘单位获得地质项目的方式由政府委托,逐步转变为参与市场竞争,通过招投标取得,同时财政部门对项目预算管理的要求也日趋严格,地质项目预算是项目经费落实、项目监督执行的重要依据。本文结合工作实际,对当前地质项目预算编制工作中存在的问题进行分析,提出科学编制的建议,使地质项目预算编制工作不断趋向合理化、规范化。
