当今社会,我国的市场经济竞争相当激烈,各大行业、企业均积极探索、创新发展,工业企业同样也不例外,其中冲压模具是一个生产方面的突破口,但是冲压模具在实际工业生产当中不可避免的会出现失效形式,这样很大程度上会缩短冲压模具的使用期限,并且还会影响冲压产品的质量。现阶段,冲压模具失效形式的预防技术已经成为企业间的竞争手段,为此,该预防技术已经成为各企业单位工业生产的研究重心。
