我室在寻找降糖药物过程中,从中草药女贞(Ligustrum Iucidum A:f)植物的果实(女贞子)中,提取出一种无色棱形晶状体(暂命名为女贞素)。通过四氧嘧啶小鼠(昆明种)高血糖模型筛选,发现此一化合物具有稳定的降血糖作用。实验结果如下:第一批实验将小鼠造成高血糖模型后,给女贞素进行观察,按3小时、24小时、48小时测定血糖。发现三小时后,大部分小鼠即开始下降,个别小鼠略有上升,24小时、48小时后仍继续下降,服药后3小时、24小时、48小时的血糖水平分别与服药前进行同体比较t检验,发现除3小时血糖显著性不明显外(P>0.05),而24小时、48
