从气流场对舰载机作业的影响出发,构建了气流场评估指标体系。针对层次分析法一致性检验的缺陷,结合群决策特征根法(GEM)和决策熵理论,提出了结果可靠性可量化的气流场评估的赋权方法。结合模糊集理论知识,将经典ELECTRE法拓展到模糊环境下;排序计算中涉及到的指标评价值以三角模糊数的形式给出;使用改进ELECTRE法进行气流场方案的排序,模糊数计算保证了对大量模糊数据的完整处理。通过对3种不同气流场方案进行评估应用实例结果表明,所提出的舰船总体方案群决策方法具有较好的可行性,为舰船气流场方案评价提供了一种新的方法。
Based on the influence of airflow field on the operation of carrier-based aircraft, the evaluation index system of airflow field was constructed. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the consistency test of AHP, this paper proposes a weighted method for evaluating the reliability of gas flow field based on GEM (Group Decision Making) and decision entropy theory. Combined with the knowledge of fuzzy set theory, the classical ELECTRE method is extended to the fuzzy environment. The index evaluation values involved in the ranking calculation are given in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers. The improved ELECTRE method is used to rank the schemes of the airflow field. The fuzzy number calculation ensures Complete processing of a large amount of fuzzy data. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and can provide a new method for evaluating the airflow field of a ship.
