研究了对乙酰偶氮胂与镍离子的显色反应及分光光度法测定镍的条件。在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,配合物的最大吸收波长为640nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε640=6.03×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镍的含量在0~0.8mg/L范围内符合比尔定律。
The color reaction of acetylarsenazo with nickel ion and the spectrophotometric determination of nickel were studied. In phosphate buffer solution, the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is 640nm, the apparent molar absorptivity ε640 = 6.03 × 104L.mol-1.cm-1, and the content of nickel is in the range of 0-0.8mg / L. .
