本文从可变规模报酬和地区技术差距两个方面对PDA能源生产率分解模型做了重要拓展。通过对2000~2010年间我国地区能源生产率及变动的影响因素进行分析,得到以下主要结论:(1)资本能源替代是我国地区能源生产率增长的主要动力,能源间替代作用次之,技术进步的贡献很小;(2)劳动能源比和技术效率的下降及地区间技术差距的拉大抑制我国能源生产率的增长。因此,从短期来看,要进一步提升我国的能源生产率应该着力于提高技术效率和缩小地区技术差距,使潜在技术得到充分利用。长期而言,技术进步将是实现能源生产率的可持续性增长的关键。
This paper expands PDA energy productivity decomposition model from two aspects: variable scale compensation and regional technology gap. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of energy productivity and its changes in China from 2000 to 2010, the following main conclusions are obtained: (1) Capital energy substitution is the main driving force of energy productivity growth in our country, followed by energy substitution and contribution of technological progress Small; (2) The declination of labor energy ratio and technical efficiency and the widening of technological gap between regions will restrain the growth of energy productivity in our country. Therefore, in the short term, to further enhance China’s energy productivity, we should focus on improving technical efficiency and narrowing the technological gap in the region so that potential technologies can be fully utilized. In the long run, technological advances will be key to achieving sustainable growth in energy productivity.
