目的探讨胃功能四项在胃部疾病和胃癌早期筛查中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年10月门诊初诊为胃病的89例患者为实验组,40例健康体检者为对照组,分别检测血清胃功能四项[幽门螺杆菌(Hp)、胃蛋白原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值)],结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果 PGⅠ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值胃癌组<萎缩性胃炎组<胃溃疡组<浅表性胃炎组<对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hp阳性检出率胃癌组>萎缩性胃炎组>胃溃疡组>浅表性胃炎组>对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃功能四项在胃部疾病和胃癌早期筛查中可作为重要的筛查指标,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the application of four gastric functions in gastric diseases and early screening of gastric cancer. Methods Eighty-nine patients with stomach problems diagnosed in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015 were selected as the experimental group and 40 healthy individuals as the control group. Serum levels of four gastric functions (Helicobacter pylori (Hp) Ⅰ (PG Ⅰ), pepsino Ⅱ (PG Ⅱ), PG Ⅰ / PG Ⅱ ratio)], combined with clinical data for statistical analysis. Results The ratios of PGⅠ, PGⅡ and PGⅠ / PGⅡwere significantly different between gastric cancer group (atrophic gastritis group, gastric ulcer group and superficial gastritis group, control group) (P <0.05). The positive rate of Hp in gastric cancer Group> atrophic gastritis group> gastric ulcer group> superficial gastritis group> control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The four items of gastric function can be used as an important screening index in gastric diseases and early screening of gastric cancer, which has a high value of application.
