目的:调查化疗患者对化疗相关性恶心呕吐(Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting,CINV)管理应用程序(App)的需求,从而为智能手机CINV应用程序功能设计和开发提供理论参考依据,提高随访的效率和质量。方法:采用自行设计的智能手机CINV应用程序功能需求调查问卷,对北京市2所三级甲等医院住院的335例诊断为恶性肿瘤且行化疗的患者进行调查。结果:335例化疗患者对CINV应用程序的需求总均分为(4.10±1.12)分,得分较高的前3位的模块分别是:使用功能(4.36±1.02)分、专业咨询(4.28±1.61)分、用药指导(4.14±1.10)分。不同教育程度、职业、主要照顾者的患者对CINV手机应用程序的需求差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:患者对化疗相关性恶心呕吐手机软件的使用功能有较高的需求,希望在化疗间歇期得到更专业的指导,不同教育程度、职业、主要照顾者的患者对于CINV手机应用程序的设计要兼顾不同背景患者的需求,做到差异性照护,才能使移动护理得到持续改进,从而不断提高随访的效率和质量。
Objective: To investigate the demand of Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting (CINV) management application in chemotherapy patients, so as to provide theoretical reference for functional design and development of CINV application in smart phones and improve the efficiency of follow-up And quality. Methods: A questionnaire was used to investigate the functional requirements of CINV applications in smart phones. 335 patients with malignant tumors who underwent chemotherapy in two Grade-3 hospitals in Beijing were surveyed. Results: The total average score of CINV application among 335 patients with chemotherapy was (4.10 ± 1.12) points. The top 3 modules with higher scores were: functional use (4.36 ± 1.02), professional counseling (4.28 ± 1.61 ) Points, medication guidance (4.14 ± 1.10) points. Patients with different educational attainment, occupation and primary caregivers had statistically significant differences in demand for CINV mobile phone applications (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Patients have a high demand for the use of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting mobile phone software. They hope to receive more professional guidance during the intermittent chemotherapy period. Patients with different education levels, occupations and major caregivers are required to design CINV mobile phone applications Taking into account the needs of patients with different backgrounds, we can achieve continuous improvement in mobile care by differentiating care so as to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of follow-up.
