本文通过对桩端后注浆浆液扩散机理的研究,针对目前常用的后注浆注浆量计算方法提出了改进,并给出了新的计算方法。文中方法以柱(球)扩张理论为理论基础,以静力触探试验指标(比贯入阻力)为输入参数。注浆终止条件为桩周土体破坏,因此,文中方法为桩端后注浆有效注浆量的最大值。通过与三个超高层灌注桩后注浆实际注浆量的比较分析,本文方法计算注浆量约为规范方法和张忠苗方法的两倍,比上勘院方法略大10%~20%。本文提出的注浆量估算方法适用于粘性土、粉土、粉细砂及中粗砂地层。
In this paper, through the research on the grouting diffusion mechanism of post-grouting grouting, the improvement of the commonly used method of grouting after grouting is proposed and a new calculation method is given. In this paper, the column (ball) expansion theory as the theoretical basis, the static cone penetration test indicators (penetration resistance) as the input parameter. The final condition of grouting is the failure of the soil around the pile. Therefore, the method in this paper is the maximum of the effective grouting amount after pile tip grouting. Through comparison with the actual grouting volume of three super high-rise bored piles after grouting, the grouting amount calculated by this method is about twice that of the standard method and Zhang Zhongmiao’s method, which is 10% ~ 20% larger than that of the Shangpanyuan method. The proposed method for estimating the amount of grouting is suitable for cohesive soil, silt, fine sand and medium coarse sand formations.
