中国高等职业院校顺应市场经济环境蓬勃发展起来。长期以来,高等职业院校在教育上都采用了学科为本位的教育模式,导致学生进入到职业岗位产生了专业技术应用能力不足的问题。为了解决目前人才培养中所存在的问题,就徐亚采用校企合作的人才培养模式,对提高高等职业院校人才培养质量至关重要。本论文针对高职院校坚持校企合作人才培养模式的意义进行研究。 China’s higher vocational colleges have developed vigorously in response to the market economy. For a long time, higher vocational colleges have adopted a discipline-based education model in their education, which has led to the problem of students’ lack of ability to apply professional skills when entering professional positions. In order to solve the current problems in personnel training, it is of crucial importance to employ Xu Ya to adopt the personnel training mode of school-enterprise cooperation to improve the quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges. This thesis aims at the significance of insisting on the mode of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.
