目的通过分析某加酸岗位盐酸超标原因,提出通风设施改造方案,使改造后的岗位空气中盐酸浓度达到国家卫生标准。方法对某加酸现场进行监测,结合现场调查,分析盐酸超标原因,改进其作业方式,改变其排风系统通风方式,并对吸气罩、风道及风机进行改造。结果由于作业方式的不合理,同时通风系统方式不合理,导致岗位空气中盐酸超标20倍。在改进作业方式、改造局部排风系统后,该岗位空气中盐酸浓度降至<0.55mg/m3。结论为该加酸超标岗位局部排风系统设计的改造方案切实可行,达到预期目标。
Objective To analyze the cause of exceeding the standard of hydrochloric acid in a certain acid station and propose the ventilation facilities reform program so that the hydrochloric acid concentration in post-modified air reaches the national health standard. Methods The site of a certain acid was monitored. In combination with the field investigation, the cause of exceeding the standard of hydrochloric acid was analyzed to improve its operating mode and change the ventilation mode of the exhaust system. The hood, duct and fan were modified. As a result of the mode of operation is not reasonable, while the ventilation system is not reasonable, resulting in post air exceeding 20 times the hydrochloric acid. After improving the operation mode and reforming the local exhaust system, the concentration of hydrochloric acid in the air of the post is reduced to <0.55mg / m3. Conclusion It is feasible and feasible to reform the local ventilation system designed for the acid addition station to achieve the expected goal.
