CCD(Charge Coupled Devices)是20世纪70年代发展起来的新型半导体集成光电器件,能对光照做出反应并把反应的强度转换成相应的数值。它的应用范围很广,其中尺寸测量是最常见最简单的应用,而且是非常有效的非接触检测技术,被广泛地应用于各种加工件的在线检测和高精度、高速度的检测技术领域。本文旨在帮助对CCD感兴趣的同学通过一个简单的应用实例尽快地了解和掌握CCD的基本工作原理和一维尺寸测量应用中的关键知识点。
CCD (Charge Coupled Devices) is a new semiconductor integrated optoelectronic device developed in the 1970s that responds to light and converts the intensity of the reaction into a corresponding value. Its wide range of applications, including size measurement is the most common and simple application, and is a very effective non-contact detection technology, is widely used in various parts of the online detection and high-precision, high-speed detection technology . This article aims to help students interested in CCD through a simple application example as soon as possible to understand and master the basic working principle of CCD and one-dimensional dimensional measurement applications of the key points.
