通过4-芳基-5-(5-甲基异噁唑-3-基)-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫醇和α-溴代乙酰葡萄糖在KOH/EtOH体系中进行糖苷化反应,制得4个S-β-D-乙酰葡萄糖苷。后者在饱和氨气的甲醇溶液中水解脱去乙酰基得到4个新的S-β-D-葡萄糖苷。新化合物结构经1HNMR、FAB-MS和元素分析确证。
Glycosylation in KOH / EtOH system by 4-aryl-5- (5-methylisoxazol-3-yl) -1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol and α-bromoacetylglucose 4 S-β-D-acetylglucoside was obtained. The latter hydrolyzed and deacetylated acetyl group in saturated ammonia gas methanol solution to obtain 4 new S-β-D-glucosides. The new compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR, FAB-MS and elemental analysis.
