本文用克山病病区粮和病区加硒粮分别饲喂大白鼠15~16周,以状态3呼吸速率、状态4呼吸速率、呼吸控制率和p/o比值等指标,对比观察硒对心肌线粒体氧化磷酸化的影响。发现硒可防止由病区粮引起的心肌线粒体氧化磷酸化的损害、ADP对细胞呼吸控制功能的紊乱以及线粒体结构完整性的损害。还证明了病区粮不引起线粒体氧化和磷酸化偶联过程的异常。并从能量代谢角度探讨了克山病的可能发病机理。
