牙髓干细胞是来源于牙髓组织的成体干细胞,具有多向分化、高度增殖及自我更新的生物学特性,在牙髓修复、组织再生中表现出越来越重要的应用前景。本文就牙髓干细胞的概述、分离和培养方法、生物特性、相关微环境及在组织工程学中应用等研究进展作一综述。 Dental pulp stem cells are adult stem cells derived from dental pulp tissue. They have the biological characteristics of multidirectional differentiation, highly proliferation and self-renewal. They show more and more important application prospects in dental pulp repair and tissue regeneration. This review summarizes the progress of dental pulp stem cells, their separation and culture methods, their biological characteristics, the relevant microenvironment and their application in tissue engineering.
