本文报道了乙型肝炎后肝硬化1例病情进展后发生十二指肠非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin lymphoma,NHL)导致上消化道大出血,从误诊为肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血到明确诊断的过程.同时探讨了乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis Bvirus,HBV)感染和NHL发生的相关性.其发病机制目前未见类似报道.
This article reports a case of posthepatitic cirrhosis of the liver that progresses to cause upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage following the progression of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), from a misdiagnosis of cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric varices Hemorrhage to confirm the process of diagnosis.At the same time to explore the correlation between hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and NHL.The pathogenesis has not been similar reported at present.
