国务院批转了卫生部关于干部医疗问题的若干意见,市人民委员会也已经在八月二十二日转发市卫生局参照试行。卫生部的意见中提出的问题,有些是属于卫生部门工作、制度等方面的问题,有些则是病人本身的问题。如病愈后或恢复期不出医院,不出疗养院;住院期间不遵守医院或疗养院的规章制度,乱投医、乱吃药或者自请医生、自购药品、不按医生的意见办事以及自找关系住院等。不仅增加了卫生部门的工作困难,而且增加了公费医疗费用的开支,对自己的健康也是没有好处的,这些都应当认真纠正。为此,特再把中央卫生部的若干意见摘要发表如下,藉以引起各级干部的注意。
