[目的]为评价氯虫苯甲酰胺在玉米中的残留安全,研究施药后该农药在玉米籽粒、玉米植株和土壤中的残留分布情况以及在玉米植株中的消解动态趋势。[方法]采用Qu ECh ERS前处理,结合液质联用法测定氯虫苯甲酰胺在玉米籽粒、玉米秸秆、土壤中的残留量。[结果]玉米籽粒和玉米植株中氯虫苯甲酰胺最小检出质量分数为0.02 mg/kg,土壤中最小检出质量分数为0.005 mg/kg。在玉米籽粒、玉米植株、土壤中分别添加不同质量分数氯虫苯甲酰胺,回收率范围为77%~100%,变异系数范围为0.7%~7.3%。测定北京和吉林试验点玉米植株中氯虫苯甲酰胺的消解规律,符合一级动力学指数模型,半衰期分别为11.6、17.3 d。[结论]按照试验用药剂量,玉米籽粒中的氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量符合国家限量标准,可认为是安全的。
[Objective] The aim of the study was to evaluate the residue safety of chlorantraniliprole in corn and to study the residue distribution of the pesticide in maize kernels, maize plants and soils after the pesticide application and the dynamic trend of digestion in corn plants. [Method] The Qu ECh ERS pretreatment and LC-MS method were used to determine the residues of chlorantraniliprole in maize grain, corn stalk and soil. [Result] The minimum detectable mass fraction of chlorantraniliprole was 0.02 mg / kg in corn seeds and corn plants, and the minimum detectable mass fraction in soil was 0.005 mg / kg. In the corn grain, corn plants, soil were added different mass fraction of chlorantraniliprole, the recovery rate ranged from 77% to 100%, the coefficient of variation ranged from 0.7% to 7.3%. The biodegradation of chlorantraniliprole in corn plants in Beijing and Jilin was tested and the first-order kinetic index model was followed. The half-lives were 11.6 and 17.3 days respectively. [Conclusion] According to the test dosage, the residues of chlorantraniliprole in maize grains conformed to the national limit standards and could be regarded as safe.
