遗传性牙龈纤维瘤病是一种罕见的牙龈病。现将我院于1987年收治的1例报告如下。患者,男,36岁,未婚,汉族。1987年5月2日收入院。主诉:全口牙龈增生30余年。现病史:30年前,患者自觉牙龈增生,无痛痒及任何不适,渐进性生长,影响外观,不能闭口,近十年生长加速,有时伴有轻微疼痛,不能咀嚼硬性食物,仅能进流食、软食,未进行治疗。既往史:无用苯妥英钠史。家族史;本患者的祖母患有本病,较轻微。其父辈五人中仅其父患病,且较其祖母重。本患者兄妹6人中有4人患病,1位胞姐、本例患者及2个胞弟。其胞姐的3个子女均患本病。

The patient sibling 6 people in 4 people sick, a sister cell, in this case and two siblings. The sister of the three children are suffering from the disease.
