评选“班级之最”与积极教育

班主任的职责就是引导教育学生,使每一个学生都能生动活泼地踺康发展。那么,怎样教育学生?是积极教育还是消极教育,效果却是大相径庭。消极教育往往是采取限制学生的作法,不允许他们做这做那,当学生犯了错误时则给予批评。这种教育是被动的教育,虽然能起到一定的作用,但往往使学生感到自己是处于“被看管”的地位,容易束缚其个性的发展,也容易使学生情绪低落,丧失其上进的信心。而积极教育则是想方设法激励学生,注意发现学生的长处,挖掘并调动其潜在的积极因素,及时给予鼓励、扶植,使他们情绪高昂地参加班内各项活动。这是一种主动的教育,运用得当,可以防患于未然,收到事半功倍之效。对学生进行积极教育的方式多种多样。我采取了评选“班级之最”的方式对学生进行正面引导与教育。为了树立榜样,树起班级的正气,我组织学生进行的第一次评选就是选出班里“最关心班集体的人、最受同学爱戴的班干部、学习最勤奋的人、劳动最踏实的人、最守纪律的人、最有礼貌的人”等等。评选 The duty of the class teacher is to guide the education of students, so that every student can vividly develop. Active education, on the other hand, tries to motivate students, pays attention to discovering the strengths of students, digs out and mobilizes their potential positive factors, promptly encourages them and supports them so that they may participate in various activities in the classroom with high emotion. This is a proactive education that, when used properly, can prevent accidents in the first place and receive more with less. There are many ways to actively educate students. I took the “best class” way to conduct positive guidance and education for students.
