番茄种子经搭载返地卫星宇宙飞行355h,回收后地面种植,选择3个同工酶有差异的宇宙飞行处理群体植株进行RAPD检测。结果表明:在50个供试引物中,有18个扩增出了DNA带,共有166条,其大小在200~2000bp之间。与地面对照相比,宇宙飞行处理植株的DNA在5个引物出现差异,其突变的程度分别为4.5%、1.3%和3.2%。
The tomato seeds were transported back to earth for 355h, and were planted on the ground after the recovery. Three groups of cosmodial groups with different isozymes were selected for RAPD detection. The results showed that among the 50 primers, 18 amplified DNA bands with a total of 166 bands ranging in size from 200 to 2000 bp. Compared with the ground control, the DNA of the plants treated by space flight showed a difference of 5 primers, with the degree of mutation being 4.5%, 1.3% and 3.2% respectively.
