我院急诊科近年来遇三例病人服乌头过量中毒而引起严重心律失常,现报告如下: 例1:男,45岁。因腰腿痛服中药,其中有炙川乌10克,药店误给生川乌10克,煮沸少许时间后,用蜜炮制即服用。服后8分钟感口舌麻木,继之四肢麻木,双下肢痛觉消失伴无力,不能行走,头痛头晕,恶心呕吐,腹胀,腹泻水样便,心悸,胸憋闷,呼吸困难。服药2小时来院。查血压12/8kPa,神清,心率140次/分,心律不齐,心音低钝。心电图示:心房纤颤伴频发室性早搏。治疗:吸氧,以1:2000高锰酸钾溶液洗胃,静脉
