本文在不同结霜工况下对蒸发器盘管的结霜特性进行了实验研究,考察了空气的相对湿度、盘管表面温度和驱动温度三种控制因素对盘管结霜特性的影响,得出了盘管空气侧的压力降、制冷量在结霜过程中的动态变化规律,以及空气进出口侧的结霜情况、盘管管排的霜层分布特点。实验结果表明,这三种控制因素对蒸发器盘管的结霜性能有不同程度的影响。较低的相对湿度,较高的盘管表面温度,较低的驱动温度都可抑制霜层的生长。为以后的结霜性能研究提供了较好的研究经验。
In this paper, frost conditions of evaporator coils under different frost conditions were studied experimentally, and the effects of three factors of air relative humidity, coil surface temperature and driving temperature on the frosting characteristics of the coils were investigated The pressure drop on the air side of the coil, the dynamic change of the cooling capacity during the frosting process, the frosting situation on the inlet and outlet sides of the air, and the distribution of the frost layer in the coil pipe row were also analyzed. The experimental results show that these three control factors have different degrees of influence on the frost performance of the evaporator coil. Lower relative humidity, higher coil surface temperatures, and lower drive temperatures can all inhibit frost layer growth. It provided a good research experience for the future research on frosting performance.
